NATIONAL SHIPPING:

All our shipments are made via private courier.

Delivery time will depend on each product (considering the creation process or availability in warehouse). We try to have an average time for each product.

IMPORTANT: Due to the current situation, some shipping times may vary.

• Shipping takes 6-13 business days depending on the product.

Returns

All our items are eligible for return except for items intended for intimate use or items that have been used or are missing their original packaging.

Intimate products cannot be returned (according to the terms of the sale). This excludes products that may be defective or damaged.

You will have up to 3 calendar days to report this issue to us.

The refund will be made to the same payment method used to pay for the purchase and may take 3 to 10 business days; this is no longer within our control, as it will depend on the conditions and deadlines of each corresponding bank.

No full refund will be issued if the product has been used, damaged, or altered. Therefore, please handle the product(s) with care while they are in your possession. If the product is received used or damaged, no refund will be issued.
