PRIVACY NOTICE
Privacy Notice for clients and suppliers of INNOVATIONPEAK STRATEGY SAS
This Privacy Notice sets forth how your information will be processed by INNOVATIONPEAK STRATEGY SAS and the purpose for which it was collected. This is in accordance with Articles 15 and 16 of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (the “LFPDPPP”).
INNOVATIONPEAK STRATEGY SAS respects the right to privacy and the protection of personal data, which are protected under the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP). The database containing your information is the responsibility of INNOVATIONPEAK STRATEGY SAS and is stored on physical records and/or servers owned by INNOVATIONPEAK STRATEGY SAS. INNOVATIONPEAK STRATEGY SAS will be responsible for ensuring that this information is properly safeguarded in accordance with the administrative, technical, and physical security provisions established in the LFPDPPP, protecting the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of said information; for which purpose it will take all necessary precautions with respect to third parties.
GENERAL INFORMATION OF PEAK MEXICO INNOVATION GROUP SAS
INNOVATIONPEAK STRATEGY SAS is a simplified joint-stock company whose main activity is other retail trade intermediaries, selling retail goods. The offices of INNOVATIONPEAK STRATEGY SAS are located at Calle Hacienda de Mimiahuapan No. 125, Colonia Hacienda de Echegaray, Naucalpan de Juárez Municipality, Mexico, CP 53300. The person responsible for processing personal data on behalf of INNOVATIONPEAK STRATEGY SAS is the ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER (Josel Ramiro Valadez Bonifaz, email: jvbonifaz@gmail.com).
PERSONAL DATA THAT MAY BE COLLECTED
The personal data that we may collect includes: Name; address; telephone number; email address; Federal Taxpayer Registry number, data for tax purposes.
We do NOT collect SENSITIVE personal data.
PURPOSE
What do we use this personal data for?
INNOVATIONPEAK STRATEGY SAS has collected and will continue to collect personal data to identify you; for the purposes of providing the products and/or services we offer; to comply with our tax obligation to issue invoices for products and/or services purchased from us; and, if you are our supplier, we will retain your tax identification information to verify the products and/or services we acquire with the appropriate authorities. Furthermore, personal information may be used by INNOVATIONPEAK STRATEGY SAS to offer related products and/or services via email, telephone, or in person, always in compliance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and the Federal Consumer Protection Law (PROFECO). The information you provide must be truthful and complete. You have the right to access the information you provided and the right to correct and update it at any time, in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Notice.
What happens if INNOVATIONPEAK STRATEGY SAS does not have your Personal Data?
In the event that INNOVATIONPEAK STRATEGY SAS does not have the personal data listed above, or if you wish to exercise your right to object to or cancel your data as provided by the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, INNOVATIONPEAK STRATEGY SAS will not be able to maintain a client-supplier relationship with you if you are our supplier. Furthermore, if you are our client, INNOVATIONPEAK STRATEGY SAS will not be able to issue you the invoices you request or fulfill obligations to ship products and/or provide services to addresses other than those of INNOVATIONPEAK STRATEGY SAS.

How to access or correct your personal data, or cancel or oppose its use?
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you and the details of its processing, as well as to rectify it if it is inaccurate. You also have the right to instruct us to delete it if you have not been hired for the position you applied for or if your employment contract has ended and there are no outstanding legal obligations between the parties. As the data subject, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, and objection with respect to your personal data by submitting a request to INNOVATIONPEAK STRATEGY SAS through:

Within a maximum of twenty business days from the date we receive your request, we will process it and inform you of its outcome via the email address you provided in your request. You can use the "Request for Protection of Rights" form (INAI form).

The person in charge of handling requests to exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition of personal data is the Administration Manager (Lic. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

We undertake not to transfer your personal data without your consent, except for the exceptions provided for in article 37 of the LFPDPPP.
LIMITATION OF USE AND DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION
As the data subject, you may at any time limit the use and disclosure of the information you have provided to INNOVATIONPEAK STRATEGY SAS by submitting a request to the ARCO Rights Request Officer, in accordance with the provisions above and taking into consideration the foregoing. (See attached INAI "Request for Protection of Rights" form)
EXCEPTIONS
In accordance with the provisions of Articles 10, 37 and other relevant articles of the LFPDPPP, INNOVATIONPEAK STRATEGY SAS will be exempt from the obligations regarding obtaining consent for the processing and transfer of personal data, when: In the case of processing:
i. Is provided for in a Law;
ii. The data is available from publicly accessible sources;
iii. Personal data is subjected to a prior dissociation procedure;
iv. It has the purpose of fulfilling obligations arising from a legal relationship between you as the data subject and INNOVATIONPEAK STRATEGY SAS
v. There is an emergency situation that could potentially harm an individual or their property;
vi. They are indispensable for medical care, prevention, diagnosis, the provision of health care, medical treatments or the management of health services;
vii. A decision is issued by the competent authority;
viii. In the case of transfer of personal data:
ix. When the transfer is provided for in a Law or Treaty to which Mexico is a party;
x. When the transfer is necessary for medical prevention or diagnosis, the provision of healthcare, medical treatment or the management of health services;
xi. When the transfer is necessary by virtue of a contract entered into or to be entered into in your interest, INNOVATIONPEAK STRATEGY SAS and a third party;
xii. When the transfer is necessary or legally required for the safeguarding of a public interest, or for the administration of justice;
xiii. When the transfer is necessary for the recognition, exercise or defense of a right in a judicial process;
xiv. When the transfer is necessary for the maintenance or fulfillment of a legal relationship between INNOVATIONPEAK STRATEGY SAS and you as the owner of personal data.
MODIFICATIONS
INNOVATIONPEAK STRATEGY SAS reserves the right to make modifications or updates to this Privacy Notice at any time, to address new legislation, internal policies or new requirements for the provision or offering of our services.
